Product details:Our company's TD-CW forced side feeder series products are suitable for filling and reinforcing processes of engineering plastics and modified engineering plastics processing:it can feeds short fiber reinforced products (such as short glass fiber, short carbon fiber),mineral powder filling (such as Graphite, talcum powder, calcium carbonate, etc.) and inorganic mineral materials (such as flame retardants).
This machine uses the forced pushing force of the feeding screw to overcome the pressure in the extruder and force the filling into the extruder to effectively mix with the molten material in the extruder.
Machine features:

1. Feeding screw material: W6Mo5Cr4V2, modular design, the combination can be adjusted according to different materials.
2. The screw has a good pressure building effect and can effectively push the filler into the main extruder;
